Step 1: Consultation

We will have a dedicated meeting to discuss your brand, audience, and goals so we can create a strategy customised to your needs. In this meeting, we will also evaluate your resources and give feedback on your content, such as your images and blog posts. (Interested in content creation? We do that too!)

Step 2: Extended Analysis & Content Creation

Using our wide reach and extensive contacts, we will investigate what your target market wants and what they really think of your brand.

Step 3: Strategy Presentation

We will present our findings to you and a bespoke strategy and post plan.This strategy will include a variety of daily posts, such as interviews with industry leaders, facts, videos, and more. Additionally, we customise each post to the respective platform.  What’s more, we know how important it is that you approve of posts in advance, so we’ll always present them to you with plenty of notice.  

Step 4: Implementation & Testing

In the first month of implementation, we will run a series of tests to determine which posts really perform better. For example, with previous clients we have discovered that among their audiences producer photos receive more engagement than coffee photos, or that polls were most effective on their Twitter account. Every audience is different, and we will discover exactly what makes yours like, share, retweet, and click.

Step 5: Continued Concept Development

As a data-driven and engagement-orientated company, we never accept “good enough”. We continue to refine your social media strategy to ensure maximum impact and engagement. This will include responding to current trends, spotting potential new brand ambassadors, and finding linked content.

Step 6: Regular Communications

In addition to monthly progress meetings and monthly post plans sent for your approval, you will have a dedicated contact responsible for answering all of your questions.
