    • Edit current websites – developed on WordPress
  • Build and develop new websites.

Requirements:

  •       PHP language
  •       Knowledge on WordPress templates, xHTML, HTML5, CSS, WooCommerce

The Quest

Currently, we are looking for a Junior to Mid-level sales professional to join our team in a green coffee sales and relationship management position, working directly with specialty coffee roasters whom share our vision. The candidate will be required to manage existing accounts, and build new relationships. The role will entail constant contact with Specialty Roasteries EU-wide. As part of this job, you will travel to both origin and destination to create lasting relationships with and between roasters and growers. Understanding green coffee, coffee profiles, coffee roasters needs, our sourcing model and the work we do at origin will be key to building these relationships.

This job can be done locally from our office in Amsterdam, or remotely from your EU-based location.

The Skills

All candidates must exhibit strong organizational skills and an extremely motivated, entrepreneurial spirit. Experience in any type of sales position and with CRM software like Pipedrive, is preferred. Experience and network in the coffee industry (roasted or green sales, import or export, roasting.) is highly valued. Regarding Languages other than English, we value; Norwegian, German, Spanish, Polish and/or Czech. Our market is very international, and cultural knowledge and experience in growth markets as per above, is a plus. Knowledge of green coffee and coffee profiling is a plus, but not a necessity. We can and will train you on that in-house or remotely.

The Offer

  • Gross salary range Junior: €25.00 – €30.000 depending on age and experience
  • Gross salary range Midlevel: €35.000 – €50.000 depending on your level and network.
  • Commission: These positions include a commission package.
  • Travel and communications: included
  • Pension and insurance: Not included.
  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Starting date: April/May 2020

Senior Trader Job Description Red Fox Coffee Merchants is looking for a dedicated coffee professional with prior green coffee sales experience to join our team as an east coast sales representative.

The right candidate will bring an extensive network of roaster clients, have a thorough understanding of the coffee supply chain, and be familiar with Red Fox sourcing practices and values. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

● Build and manage a book of new accounts for Red Fox, while managing and growing existing strategic accounts

● Familiarize roasters with Red Fox spot and forward contracts, and actively participate in internal allocation process

● Travel approximately 25% of time in order to attend industry events, Red Fox parties, visits to HQ in Berkeley, and visit customers

● Build an understanding of Red Fox quality standards with firm knowledge on our processes from offer to arrival sample.

● Communicate ‘What We Do’ authentically and knowledgeably to all of the Red Fox community including new and existing Red Fox customers and their employees. Help them understand Red Fox’s work, commitment to them, to our employees and to our growers.

● Be a responsive ambassador of the Red Fox message regarding supply chain ethics and our belief in our growers and their coffees’ excellence Qualifications

● 3+ years working in green coffee sales

Successful candidates will:

  • A minimum of two year’s experience of editing video for brands and businesses.
  • Experience across the entire cycle of content creation – from developing concepts, proactively gathering the right clips/images, editing & grading.
  • Love social media and be familiar with platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. You’ll be aware of the work and concepts of top influencers and Vloggers. Being familiar with the likes of Gary Vaynerchuk and Casey Neistat etc. 
  • Be happy to work closely with our social media team to ensure consistent brand creativity, smooth delivery and so that you’ll as be able to spot opportunities as they arise.
