Le Gourmet TV shares an easy recipe for delicious coffee liqueur, complete with vanilla, cacao, orange peel, and some seriously strong rum.
They don’t recommend a particular coffee, other than suggesting a dark roast – but, as the specialty coffee lovers that we are, we’re tempted to experiment. A medium-roast Ethiopian Sidamo with cacao notes? A light-roast Pacamara tasting of orange zest? A Nicaraguan Bourbon with vanilla notes? We’re getting thirsty at the thought.
